New Bloomsbury novel out in August – this one set during the Peasants Revolt of 1381. They want to call it ‘The Great Revolt’. I’d like to call it ‘Rebels’. Watch this space…

Off to Northern Italy for eight days in early November to mark the 30th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and talk about my Cold War novel ‘Sektion 20’ – or ‘Il Ragazza di Berlino’ as it’s known in Italy.
